Rush Appraisal Service (RAS) is known for fast dependable service in the Lubbock and Amarillo areas of the South Plains. We are a member of the Independent Automotive Damage Appraisers Association. RAS is owned and operated by Rusty Rush who has over 25 years experience in auto claims. This includes over 20 years as an independent appraiser and over 5 years as an auto damage specialist for a major insurance company.

We offer appraisals for autos, motorcycles, tractor-trailers, motor homes, watercraft, and farm equipment. All repair estimates are computer generated using Audatex estimating system.

Service Standards

• Owner contact within 24 hours/our goal is 12 hours
• Inspection within 48 hours/our goal is 24 hours
• Completed appraisal within 72 hours/our goal is 48 hours
• Status to assignee within 48 hours if unable to contact or inspect vehicle
• Contact letter to owner within 48 hours if unable to contact
